Stateroom Decorations

Does anyone know if I purchaced a bon voyage stateroom decoration from Carnival (ceiling streamers and banners) if the room steward sets it up before embarkation or if its just delivered and up to me to decorate? We are sailing for our anniversary and would like it to be set up when we arrive. I know the answer to my question could be found with a simple phone call but would also like to know if anyone else has done this, and what the "wow" factor is if its worth it?

It is set up for your before you even get to your room.

 

I haven't gotten it done but have seen many pics on here. Which has convinced me to get it for my honeymoon in October.

I did this for the kids room the first time they cruised. It was all set up when we entered their room. They loved it

I ordered some for my girls' godparents for a recent (May) cruise. The room was decorated when they first went to it around 1pm. :D Fun!

 

Interestingly, the Bon Voyage decorations have not been available for ordering online for the last 3 weeks. :(

it will be set uo for you we did it for our daughters birthday last year they even gave us a birthday cake and a blt wine and they make a good job of it;)

My Mah Jongg group purchashed a birthday package for my 50th :eek: birthday cruise. I was so surprised when we opened our stateroom door and found the beautiful decorations! I think they could hear my squeal of excitement all the way back home in NH!

 

I brought all the decorations home and they are awaiting their scrap book pages.
