southpawsdakota Posted August 7, 2011 Author #3 Share Posted August 7, 2011 I am thinking weather related, maybe waiting for some flights to come in. It has been raining in the NYC area and maybe they had to wait for some flights.

It has been raining in the NYC area and maybe they had to wait for some flights. That's a good guess. Living in NYC area I can tell you the storms delayed a lot of flights. Best argument I have heard yet for book cruise air!
Posaune Posted August 7, 2011 #5 Share Posted August 7, 2011 There have been some large thunderstorms on the east coast. Probably waiting on some large parties.

Gypsea Posted August 7, 2011 #7 Share Posted August 7, 2011 Looks like there was trouble on board during the last cruise. This has not been substantiated but according to a guest onboard. This is where I saw it: http://www.cruisejunkie.com/events.html

This is where I saw it: http://www.cruisejunkie.com/events.html Just off this cruise and didn't hear anything like that at all! 'Course that's not something that they would be announcing to the passengers, but we saw no police activity at all on or near the ship in Bermuda. Let's hope nothing did happen!
