Great Precruise Stay at the Ritz Carleton in Ft Lauderdale

Stayed one night precruise this July. Booked the Ritz in November at a very reasonable rate of $188 night.(plus taxes). This was the least expensive room, but got upgraded at check in. Fabulous location, impeccable service, gorgeous room and bathroom, great pool deck, complimentary chaise and umbrella at the beach. Wished we had stayed an extra day. Walked to H2O cafe for a great dinner. (Thanks, Royalcruz for this suggestion)

The Ritz is very elegant. It was built just a few yrs ago as a St. Regis. The pool deck is very nice. I'm glad that you enjoyed it.

Glad you had such a nice experience! I think Fort Lauderdale is nicer than most cruise stops.
