IMHO, 4-6 is too early for a breakfast or cocktail "perk".

Maybe, that's why you didn't use it.

4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Never considered the morning one, and don't know the timing. The only time I've seen 4:00 am on a cruise is coming at it from the night before! And that was 20 years ago!

Morning breakfast in Michaels was between 8-10am. On a Solstice TA, it was held up in the Sky Lounge from 8:30-10:30am. The time was great because of all the at-sea days.

 

On a port-intensive cruise, rarely used it in the morning as we were off for an excursion, or whatever. Occasionally would slip in for that double expresso to get the blood pumping in the morning. :)

We usually tip at the end but I do like the idea of a daily tip at the Elite cocktail hour to make sure the right server gets it

Yes, with tipping daily, the money goes to the one who serves you -- usually the one who gravitates to you the entire event.
