itzgeralyn Posted March 29, 2005 #1 Share Posted March 29, 2005 for anyone that has traveled with toddlers...does camp carnival do a "nap time" for the 2 year old age group? or does my brother have to spend 2 hours in his cabin each day?
Guest Time2gocruzn Posted March 29, 2005 #2 Share Posted March 29, 2005 parents are not allowed to leave kids there all day. They do have times during they day that they are closed to prevent that from happening. They are closed for a couple of hours around noon, so that would be a good time for a nap. If he doesn't want to be stuck in the cabin for naptime, bring a stroller. Worked great for us:)
01 Cobra Posted March 29, 2005 #3 Share Posted March 29, 2005 The first time we took our son on a cruise he was 4 and still taking naps. It took us about 2 days to figure out how to keep everyone happy. After lunch on the first day we took him back to the room but we had an inside cabin and it's very dark and easy to sleep a loooonnng time. So, the next day we decided to try and let him sleep out by the pool. Well, not directly by the pool but on one of the chairs in the shade away from the pool. It gave me time to relax and read or flip through a magazine. It worked great. He would fall aslpeep in minutes after swimming and lunch. I was trying to post a picture of him sleeping by the pool but no luck. Hmm...
