JACKHAWK Posted September 20, 2011 #1 Share Posted September 20, 2011 Has anyone heard when the Navigator has it's next dry dock? Curious since our next two cruises are on Navigator.
Hambagahle Posted September 26, 2011 #2 Share Posted September 26, 2011 Wasn't this question answered on another thread? I think the Navigator had a major drydock in 2010, lateish in the year. So unlikely to happen again before around 2013 I would imagine...

DaveFr Posted September 26, 2011 #4 Share Posted September 26, 2011 There is a hole in the Navigator's schedule next year between May 12th and May 30th. Perhaps then? Dave
Travelcat2 Posted September 26, 2011 #5 Share Posted September 26, 2011 That's 2 1/2 years -- not too bad. It just seems like a long time for some of the soft goods, etc. -- especially since she gets extra wear and tear during Alaska season.
Hambagahle Posted September 27, 2011 #6 Share Posted September 27, 2011 TC - do you mean from the children or from the ice?? I would have thought the wear and tear came from the Caribbean in the winter. There were a fair number of "party people" on our January cruise... You're right. . . .had not thought about the Caribbean. I was thinking about ice and children. The poor Navigator really goes through a lot -- especially the carpeting. You have me thinking about "party people" in January. Was this a large group or just a lot of passengers that were perhaps embibing a bit too much?
