nancydee Posted September 23, 2011 #1 Share Posted September 23, 2011 My roommate works at a cafateria and for the last year, every time she gets a U.S. quarter, she changes it out for a canadian one. Well, she rolled them last night and we now have over $80 in change.:D I know when you win on the slots, it goes onto your S&S card, but can you still put change into the machines? If so, we will leave them rolled, if not we will stop at a bank after we cross the border and get bills. Thanks
hfweather Posted September 23, 2011 #2 Share Posted September 23, 2011 I didn't know they did, but a few weeks ago on the Inspiration, the person beside me was feeding them rolls of quarters, so they did atleast on the Inspiration. Hope you have a wonderful cruise!

riclop Posted September 24, 2011 #5 Share Posted September 24, 2011 Those machines are like a vaccum, you will not be getting those quarters back. Buy a drink instead.
iTouch Posted September 24, 2011 #6 Share Posted September 24, 2011 Turn your quarters in for paper money......less weight and you can still play quarters....
Lake Erie Sailor Posted September 24, 2011 #7 Share Posted September 24, 2011 If you are flying, security will give you a hard time because they can't tell what the rolled coins are in the x-ray machines. Good luck in the casino :D

Held me up while they took everything out and checked it. Better to put the rolled coins in your checked luggage and avoid the TSA hassle.
