Does anyone know of a beach where we could find Banana Boat rides for our kiddos in Nassau or Freeport?? A beach with chairs would be nice as well ! We'll be on the Fantasy 10/29. Tks !!!

In Freeport, you can do these at Our Lucaya (Ocean Motion Watersports and O'Neal's), Taino Beach Resort (Lucaya Watersports), and Island Seas Resort (Paradise Watersports).

You are going to have to rent beach chairs. I could be wrong but I haven't been to a beach in either area yet, unless you have a day pass as a guest that you get to use beach chairs for free...

Thanks for the banana boat info ! Just what I needed to know ! So our plans in Freeport will be to take a taxi to Our Lucaya , rent beach Chairs and let my kids enjoy a day at the beach and Banana Boat rides. Whoo Hoo !!!

Thanks Again !

You'll enjoy it, it is a nice beach and the water is pretty but the vendors walking by every 5 minutes is what kills it for me...

The banana boat ride is fun, they will love it...if you get a chair out front of the Wyndham they have a bathroom, a bar and a little restaurant right there...drinks and food are expensive but they are good. The bathroom is behind the pools, not really sure if it is for beach guest but we always use it, they usually only give you a hard time if you try to use the pools...although there is a great pool that foots right up to the beach that I sneak into for a few minutes.

make sure you access the beach in Our Lucaya (Freeport) near the police station where the public access is. The other places that give you access will try to charge you to use their facilities and beach access. The Beach is the same either way. Happy Cruising!!!

Awesome ! The money I save on Beach access I can put back into the Bahamian economy in rum drinks. Thanks so much !!
