Does anyone know what time the fitness center on VOS opens while in port and at sea?

Does anyone know what time the fitness center on VOS opens while in port and at sea?

 

I would think the open times would be the same on all Royal Caribbean ships, of which I have been on many. The gym opens at 6am and it closes at 10pm.

 

The sauna and steam rooms are turned on at 8am when the spa officially opens. Keys for the lockers are also available as of 8am.
