Lisa Ball is the cruise director on the Ruby Princess. When she is on vacation, the other cruise director mentioned in this thread replaces her. I would guess that if your cruise is during the holidays or later, that Lisa will be back. Lisa is a cruise director that definitely circulates and is very friendly.
