San Juan - Check in by What Time?

Check in when you drop off your luggage. They will tell you the specific time to be back at the ship, but usually one-half hour before sailing. You probably won't want to cut it that close, however.

Thanks. I will be on the ship at least 2 hours before sailing. I won't be wandering around in the dark in an unknown city.

Good question, I had been wondering the same. Looking at the old daily schedules for Celebrity ships sailing at 8 out of San Juan, it looked like the mandatory safety drill was earlier in the evening to allow people to go to dinner for the late seating. If you're not on the ship for the drill, is there a different one you go to or do you not have to do it?
