In light of 9-11 that is rather shocking. It also makes it difficult to file a police report with for stolen luggage as there is no video for them to review. Do you really think that they are going to disclose anything about security to you? In light of 9-11 the fact that they even acknowledged your question is alarming to me. No. I need to file a police report for my luggage which got stolen. Carnival was the last entity in possession of my luggage which was never seen again. I seem to remember you used Luggage Express .. what does terminal luggage area security have to do with LE. I can tell you what I personally witnessed from my balcony in regards to LE. The luggage crates are taken to a separate area and loaded onto the LE trucks. From there the trucks travel to the airports. Have you checked lost and founds at BOTH MIA and FLL. There is a possibility your luggage went to the wrong airport. As previously posted Carnival does not own the terminals. Any luggage left or found there is forwarded to the cruise lines.
