Ice Bar/Igloo hotel (UNIQUE LAPLAND) -need tour guide to bring us?

We are looking for a private tour company or driver in Helsinki to bring us to the Ice Bar/Igloo hotel (UNIQUE LAPLAND). I see that HAL has a ship tour there but NCL does not. I thought we could just get a taxi and go on our own but from what the lady at Lapland is telling me (I emailed them directly), it would cost at least 35 euros one way for a 4 person taxi (we need 2 taxis). Does anyone know of a private driver or some tour company that allows you to make up your own itinerary for the day.

Lapland is about a 20 to 30 minute drive from Central Station in Helsinki, the heart of everything from what I am understanding.
