Upgrade Fairy

Recommended Posts

I have been visited by the upgrade fairy I think.

Called Royal today because I have noticed my room has changed from 7th floor to the 12th floor, changed to a handicap accessible room, which I did not request. I was told that I had an upgrade on the 3rd and should have gotten an email, but did not.

Hopefully this is truly an upgrade.

Does anyone know if handicap acc rooms are bigger.

Thanks:)

They do it all the time. We've been the recipient of an ACC. room. Even after I objected the rep said it is O.K. They open them up to regular booking just before the cruise if they are not booked. I have also noticed that they show these rooms available on a lot of Alaska cruises even months out. Must be that handicapped persons find the Alaska cruise too cold and strenuous or something.

Flameready.
