Norwegian Fjords excursions

We are going to be on HAL Rotterdam for a 14 day Norwegian Fjords/North Cape cruise July 7-21, 2012. We will be visiting Oslo, Bergen, Kristiansand, Honningsvang, Tromso, Flam, Stavanger, and Alesund. In Oslo, we would like to see the Norsk Folk Museum and the Viking Ship Museum. In Bergen, we want to visit Grieg's home. Of course we want to take the train in Flam. Do you have suggestions for things we MUST do in the other places? There are 4 of us (2 couples) traveling together. We would prefer to find private tour guides rather than booking tours through the cruise line. Do you know of any good tour guides in these places?
