We are sailing in feb on the wonder to the MR. We have reservations for brunch at palo. What is the dress code for lunch? We also have reservations for dinner at palo. What is the dress code for dinner, do men have to have a jacket or will a button up and tie work?

We were told Cruise Casual for brunch.

Personally, I feel it needs a little more than that. Not suit and tie more, but, maybe, garden party/sunday best.

The required dress code just says Cruise Casual.

An oxford or polo with slacks and sundress or skirt/slacks and blouse for ladies is basically the dress code for Palo for both meals. I wouldn't go anything more casual than that though. A shirt and tie or sport coat for men would not be out of place.

Wait, you got both brunch and dinner reservations to Palo???? When we went to Alaska the brunches were sold out before our res window even opened...

Often even if they are sold out online, you can go to the lounge where they are making dining changes and Palo reservations and they will be able to get you into a brunch. At least this was the case on our week-long Alaska Cruise.

We thought about that, but decided that dinner was enough. The only days we would want to do brunch was the two sea days (to not interfere with excursions). We figured that those days would be booked solid since everyone else would be thinking the same thing...
