The only people that will get anything out of that is the lawyers. . Your thoughts about class actions are wrong. As are your observations about the crew doing the right thing during the evacuation. Either thru higher insurance rates (passed on by all cruise companies) to their consumers, Or a direct increase to fares to cover this expense.
