Car rental drop at port?

We will be on a TA Southampton to NY in June but will be renting a car for 2 days out of LHR prior to the cruise. I've been told that we can drop the car (drop box) at the National W Quay Road office.

 

How far is this from the port?

Are taxis available?

If its the Ocean terminal ( which is the furthest away ) its a Mile & a Quarter.

They're not saying it's at a terminal but on W Quay Road Unit J.

I took a cab from the port to about there (Hertz is further down that same street). It was under 5 UKP.
