If the fees go up, Princess will pass the increase on to you (it doesn't matter that you booked early). If they go down, you'll get a refund as OBC... And yes, it is very normal for fees to vary. If the cruise line knows of the change when you make final payment, the amount is adjusted. Rare geoherb Posted February 21, 2012 #5 Share Posted February 21, 2012 Generally if you are before the final payment date, your final payment will be adjusted for any changes to the taxes/fees. After the final payment date, you will get the adjustment to your onboard account. We've seen it go both ways--up and down.
