Pedal Mallorca Tour

Has anyone taken the Pedal Mallorca tour from the Norwegian Epic? Is it worthwhile? Just thought I would rather cycle than do another bus tour but wondered if Mallorca was a good spot for cycling. I imagine going into the mountains might be brutal. Any views on cycling or cycling tours would be welcome. Thanks!
