cancellation

hi

i booked for june 10th. 2012. sailing, but have unfortunately had to cancel

(just over a month before final payment due) i paid the deposit & one interim payment.

on cancelling (online) i received a message giving me a cancellation number, & also saying "NO PENALTY"

my question is, am i right in thinking that my payments will be refunded?

 

by the way all my bookings were online direct to RCI.

I hate to argue with Trainman (sorry Jim) ..... it all depends where you are.... if you booked through the UK site then you will lose your deposit :(

so what can i expect?

sorry you had to cancel. i have one booked for may 18 and im going to have to cancel it too. The air fair is twice what it averages so i just cant get around that. Im going solo so its already expensive.

hi, just to update. i received (yesterday) a full refund to my credit card.

so it took just 4 days. many thanks to RCCI for their top class service
