Tipping the bartender

When we cruised on the Allure, I had read if you tip your bartender directly(maybe a dollar or so), and go to the same bar several times, you will probably get a stronger drink. We did this, and boy, did it work. My long island iced tea had probably a smidgeon of mix...strrrrooonnnggg!!! And we ended up having some great conversation with the same people and with the bartenders themselves.

 

Will this work on Carnival Glory?

Tip! Absolutely tip! Good conversation during slow times and a couple dollars are very much appreciated by your bartenders.
