Tipping the bartender

When we cruised on the Allure, I had read if you tip your bartender directly(maybe a dollar or so), and go to the same bar several times, you will probably get a stronger drink. We did this, and boy, did it work. My long island iced tea had probably a smidgeon of mix...strrrrooonnnggg!!! And we ended up having some great conversation with the same people and with the bartenders themselves.

Will this work on Carnival Glory?

yep, but speaking as one who moonlighted as bartender for years, the bigger the tip the quicker you'll be noticed. ;)

Showing a $100 gets them over there quicker as well;)
