Where to sign up for drink packages on board

I was going to purchase the premium drink package in advance, but I realized I have an OBC that I can use towards it if I wait until I board to purchase. But I don't want to be stuck in some long line wasting an hour once I board.

 

Where do you sign up on board, and is it usually a zoo?

They have tables set up right when you board selling them. The line wasn't too bad, and it seemed like they were trying to moving people through quickly. I also believe you can buy it at any of the bars, they all had signs up anyway about it.

They also had a table outside the Equinox buffet, Oceanview Cafe. It was there for several days.

They also have wait staff moving around selling the different packages.

Bought ours at the Passport Bar... it wasn't busy.

Is this the same if you wait a day or 2 to purchase onboard? Can you still purchase at any bar or do you go to Guest Services?
