Hello everyone, I am getting married on the Carnival Dream in June! I have a question, do I have to get all of my non-sailing guests Drivers license numbers or passport numbers and put them on the guest list? Thank you!

Yes--you should have received a spreadsheet when Carnival sent you your contract and other pertinent information. You have to list every guests Name (sailing and non-sailing), DOB (non-sailing guests only), and ID# (non-sailing only). Your sailing guests will have to go through check-in for the cruise so you don't have to provide that information. This is what they use to check your guests in for the wedding and to issue visitor's passes.
