plazamom Posted April 14, 2012 #1 Share Posted April 14, 2012 I am thinking about having my dress for formal night cleaned on board instead of at home since the price is comparable (and I won't have to worry about it wrinkling). Does anyone know if I give it to the cabin attendant on embarkation day- will I have it back for the formal night the next day? Thanks for your help. cb at sea Posted April 14, 2012 #2 Share Posted April 14, 2012 Yes..that's exactly what you do...and it will be back the next day, in time for the 1st formal night.
plazamom Posted April 14, 2012 Author #3 Share Posted April 14, 2012 Thanks- that's just what I needed to know. Want to wear this dress on first formal night and wanted to make sure I'd have it back in time.:)
Ashland Posted April 14, 2012 #4 Share Posted April 14, 2012 Make sure to tell your cabin steward you "MUST" have it back before your scheduled dining time, as this is a busy time for the laundry services...My DH's dress shirt wasn't back in time on one particular cruise..luckily he had an extra.;)
plazamom Posted April 15, 2012 Author #5 Share Posted April 15, 2012 Thanks. I do have a second dress for the second formal night that will be clean (it is hand washed) but not as dressy and I wanted to wear the dressier one the first night.
