Food on Carnival VS Royal Caribbean

I recently sailed the Legend, my 1st RCCL cruise. The menu was uninspired and the food served followed suit. The buffet was better than the dining room.

 

I have always had good results on Carnival. I hope to do so again when we sail the Valor next summer.
