Hi, going on Mariner on 7 July 2012 package with RCI flying into Rome. I still have not been given airline or flight times yet [ flight from Gatwick ] in the past we have flown with easyjet . Has anyone been given this information regarding the flight times, this would be a great help as i need to book a hotel stay over at Gatwick if its a very early flight.

Did you book directly with RCI or through a TA? If you booked direct, just give RCI UK air team a call, they'll be able to advise if your flights have been booked yet and give you all the flight times, etc.

 

If you booked through a TA, then just give them a quick call.

 

I'm booked on Splendour of the Seas on 23rd June, flying from Gatwick with Monarch. I was told by RCI that they don't use EasyJet. I got my flight confirmation a few days after I booked... but I also booked at time of final payment so that may have been the reason.

It sounds like you might think that your airfare is included in the cost of your cruise? You can purchase air via "choice air" through them, but unless there was a special deal going, is isn't included.

Hi Mad4RDA We were on Splendour Nov 10 flight from Gatwick - Venice with easyjet, also on Voyager July 11 , again with Easyjet, these flights were both booked by RCI .? must have stopped using Easyjet I will let you know. Have already been in touch told no flight details yet. our final payment was made on 25 March 12. Thank's for the reply

Yes Airfare + transfers are included the offer was Free airfare's [10,000 on offer] 7night's on Mariner deck 8 royal prom cabin [ we love these cabin inside, out ha ha ] the price included flights from Gatwick - Rome,transfers from airport to cruise port, $50 on board spend £620.00 pp. We were very pleased with this deal.
