Mybe try the West Coast board (more Seattle specific for your question) or the Carnival Board? (Also date and what the posted docking time is would be helpful.)

I don't know about with carnival but last time I went to Alaska I went on princess and i believe we got off around 11 am or 12pm. but that was like a couple of years ago. don't know if this is very helpful to you though...

We were on the May 1-8 cruise on the Carnival Spirit. Our ship docked in Seattle at 7am and most everyone was off by 9:30am (I would guess). They have the people who are taking tours or who have early flights off first, then they go by number (which they give you the night before) after that. We went and had breakfast and were eating when our number was called. It was very easy and hassle-free.

You likely can be off the ship around 8am, if you self disembark.
