Excursions for Western

We are on the Carnival Magic in March. I have been to all 3 ports of Cozumel, Montego Bay, and Cayman Islands. My question is my active 62 year old sister and not so active 81 year old mom are visiting for the first time. What do you recommend? Also if sister and I want to do a beach which location do you feel is safest for mom to do an excursion by herself? I agree with most posts on Jamaica, I went to Dunns River Falls but didn't care if I ever went back to this port.

Probably Grand Cayman. There's a land tour that visits the turtle farm and other points of interest with very little walking required. I took that tour once when the waters were so rough the snorkel and dive tours were all cancelled.

The submarine tour might be another option if she is nimble enough to climb up and down short ladders. Seating is bench style facing port hole windows.
