Ship excursion: Snorkel Cay Caulker?

Can anyone give me information on this excursion in belize or can suggest a way to do it on our own?

I could be wrong but I don't think Carnival offers this excursion. You would have to book it independently. Coral Breezes tours offers this excursion.

We had this excursion booked thru CCL, but they took us to Sergeant's Cay instead due to "water conditions." The only good thing about booking thru CCL is that you don't have to tender to Belize to pick up the excursion - the excursion ship picks you up right from the boat (like a tender) and you go to the Cay directly - saves you a lot of time. Go to the Belize board - you may find your answer there!
