Buying a mattress topper before boarding

Do you mean your cruise personalizer? Is it possible to add them to it? That would be great if it was.

I wouldn't trust it to actually be on your bed, even if in the personalizer. I always ask first thing, or leave a note for the stateroom attendant. I've never had a problem using it. (However, on the last two cruises, we've had new mattresses - queen configuration - so needed no eggcrate.)
