levon10 Posted August 28, 2012 #1 Share Posted August 28, 2012 We aren't new to cruising but I am seeing different times for the late dinner on our cruise on November 25 on the Freedom of the Seas. Some places it's 8:00 and others it's 8:30. The 8:00 time would make it impossible to see alot of the show that start at 7 or 9. Any help would be appreciated. On Freedom of the Seas late dining is typically 8:30, but sometimes the dining manager will change it to 8:00. But you shouldn't worry about missing any shows, there will always be at least two showings of the main shows to account for the different MDR times. For shows that only have one viewing (IE Love and Marriage) it's scheduled late enough in the night that late dining should be done.

cb at sea Posted August 28, 2012 #5 Share Posted August 28, 2012 The shows are scheduled around the 2 traditional dining times...so it really won't matter if the seating is 8 or 8:30...if you have late seating, you'll go to the show BEFORE dinner. If you have main seating, you'll go after dinner. If you do MTD, it's up to you to schedule which show you'll see, and eat accordingly. The late night (adult) show is after ALL dinners have finished.
