There are many sites including Walmart travel, that will allow you to get an exact price, including the tax - without booking the cruise.

It should show you the specific amt. of tax.

Different ports charge different fees.

As said, your TA can get that information for you.

It also depends upon whether it is a tendering port or not. And if your ships uses the island's tenders, the fees tend to be higher.
