Book a Balcony and receive o/b $100 credit

Is anyone else having a difficult time in obtaining the o/b $100 credit for booking a balcony cabin from the June brochure ?

In June, we booked a balcony on a December Ruby sailing and got $100 OBC. But, I believe that promotion has long since ended. Are you saying that you received a brochure about it in June and are now trying to book it in September?:confused:

No,not at all ! We booked the cruise in June, almost as soon as we received the brochure. Now it is final payment time and the TA is telling us that Princess will not honor the $100 o/b credit as it can not be combined with any other offer...well, we aren't getting any other offer !

Did you take advantage of any price drops between booking and now? If you did, then your booking no longer under the promo code. If this is what happened, then your TA should have warned you that you would loose the OBC.

 

If that didn't happen, then unknown what could be going on.

Ask your TA what is the "other offer" being referrred to.

That is exactly what happened to us. Booked in June and got the 100.00 OBC with Princess direct. Then there was a really big price drop, called Princess and saved 400.00 but was told would lose the 100.00 OBC,

So didn't care wanted the big savings instead.
