We cruise on October 7 for a 7 day eastern caribbean cruise. We booked early saver and obviously our final pymt has come & gone...I now have to cancel one of our guests. My question is will I only lose the $250.00 or will I lose everything that I paid for her? Thanks

I think you are going to lose everything since regular penalty rules apply and the ES booking isn't really a factor.

Actually here is the policy. It looks like you will lose 75%

6 Day or longer cruises (Including Alaska and Hawaii)

Up to 76 days None (except for Early Saver Fares*)

75 to 56 days Deposit

55 to 30 days Deposit or 50% of Total Fare, whichever is greater

29 to 15 days Deposit or 75% of Total Fare, whichever is greater

14 days or less 100% of total Fare
