Parking cost at LA Harbor

How much is it to park at the LA Harbor? My friend and I are hoping we can get a ride but on the incase we'll have to just drive her car and leave it there. Just curious what our damage might be.

Last month, the cost was $11, so either the website in the above post is outdated or they lowered it back to $10 since last month.
