Windstar Ships during Hurricanes

Wondered how Windstar ships do during hurricanes. The big ships seem to re-route themselves out of the worst of it, but there is still rough seas for about 1000km around the eye. The Windstar ships are very small by comparison, so I wondered if anyone was out there during a hurricane, including Sandy, and what was it like?

The Windstar ships stay in the Mediterranean during hurricane season and don't cross the Atlantic until November. I have been on the ships during storms and high winds - not fun - but hurricanes are not good for sailing ships!
