veronica1 Posted November 16, 2012 #1 Share Posted November 16, 2012 My wife and I will be on the Star Princess Andes & South America Cruise leaving San Francisco on December 5, 2012. We would like to find other passengers that are interested in organizing tours for some of our stops: Lima (Callao) - Peru; La Serena (Coquinto) - Chile; and a transfer/tour from the Valparaiso Port to Santiago airport - Chile. We are both in our 40s and physical able to do anything someone wants to plan. Would love to hear from anyone who needs others to join their existing tour as well. To join, Click Boards at the top of this page, Scroll down to Roll Calls, click on your cruise line, Click on your ship. Find the thread for your sailing. paul929207 Posted November 16, 2012 #4 Share Posted November 16, 2012 Welcome to Cruise Critic. On the more exotic cruises, like the one you have planned, there are usually people on the Roll Call planning private tours. We will be going in the opposite direction starting in January on the Grand Princess from Fort Lauderdale to San Francisco and have a number of private tours booked thru the Roll Call. Fattony Posted November 19, 2012 #5 Share Posted November 19, 2012 We took the Star from Buenos Aires to Valparaiso about 6 years ago. My wife took the ship again after its refurbishment and said it was great. Enjoy. We did enjoy Valpariaiso and Santiago. Take some time to see both.
