NCL Jewel - Splashdown Kids Club and dailies for Southern Caribbean?

Does anyone have the schedules and dailies for the Southern Caribben itinerary on the Jewel?

 

There will be 4 adults and 3 kids (4, 6, and 8 years old) in our party. The kids seem excited about the kids club, but I was unable to find much current info on the club activities, hours and policies. I am trying to figure out if I can count on my kids having stuff to do, and especially evenings, as someone on this board wrote that sleeping kids aren't allowed to stay in the club, so I'm worrying that we won't be able to hang out kids free in the evening.

 

Also, do kids eat with the kids club, or do we have to pick them up and take them with us (I mean for the restaurats that one reserves, not the buffet)?
