Help Linking Reservations...

Recommended Posts

Part of our group used a different travel agent for out upcoming cruise.

Both agents tell us that they have contacted Royal a couple of times with the reservation numbers and names of both parties to be linked, and when I check my reservation on line they are not linked.

Does anyone have any advice on who I can call to get this resolved?

We all want to sit together at dinner, and will be very disappointed if we cannot.

Thanks!

Cruises booked through a travel agent do not show linked reservations online. Only cruises booked online through RoyalCaribbean.com show linked reservations online.

I don't believe this is true. I have several linked reservations now, all with travel agents that show up online as linked. One booking is using a different travel agent than we are.

I do know that if you in a group booking, then the linking no longer shows up on Royal's website.
