San Juan Tour or On Our Own

I ask this question with about half the information, as we haven't booked flights yet.... but anyway, is there a tour guide/group that will actually pick you up at the airport, do the tour, then drop you at your hotel? Or, depending on flight times, pick you up at the airport, do the tour, then drop you at the cruise port? Or should we just do it all on our own (not sure about proximity and all that).

Are thinking old Sam Juan or the whole city? If old San Juan I'd recommend on your own, we toured el morro and then did a walking tour we found online that had info about churches etc as we walked down through old San Juan towards the pier
