Santo Tomas de Castillo w/85 y.o. mom - what to do?

I'll be in Santo Tomas on a cruise stop with my 85 yr old mom. She in great health and gets around fine, but doubt she'd want a long hike to anywhere, and I'm also not sure about climbing on/off smaller boats unless they're pretty stable - and clean. I've heard of Happy Fish and Go with Gus, so I'm familiar with their tour options; I'm looking for feedback or suggestions about specific activities that will be do-able for her. So, that said... Any suggestions for a tour for us?

The trolley looked like fun. I think we will do it next time we are there.

On both our visits, we have taken 4-6 hours trips to Mayan ruins.

It is one of our favorite ports because the people are so nice. If you are lucky enough to be looking at the port-side for the hour before the ship leaves, look for some people who genuinely appreciate your visit to their hometown! Great group of dancers and musicians; even workers in the shipping yard are standing by!
