I have been told that river cruising is more for a mature audience. Tauck has the Blue Danube: Family Riverboat Adventure listed on their website. Recommendation for taking 9 and 11 yo?

I have been told that river cruising is more for a mature audience. Tauck has the Blue Danube: Family Riverboat Adventure listed on their website. Recommendation for taking 9 and 11 yo?

 

We just did this tour last year and our daughter was 11yrs. old. There was plenty of kids on board for our daughter to accompany. The passengers consisted of families with a number of extended families with grandma and grandpa(s) on board. The crew on the Swiss Jewel were fabulous with the kids. They really spoiled the kids rotten. They did have activites for the kids and everyone seemed to have a great time. If I can answer any questions just ask.
