Favorite drink??

I have enjoyed all the "drink of day" choices. Although I think my favorite was the "Labadoozie" served in these colorful containers complete with straw as you land on Labadee. My regret is that I did not get the drink recipe book when we were on the EOS. When we sail the SOS in March I am diffinately buying the drink book!!!

Ideally I'd say it's the one I smuggled on board because it didn't cost a whole lot! Actually, I love toasted almonds, pina coladas and Planter's punch (spiked of course). I like any tropical type drink as long as it's on the sweet side. (_)D (_)D (_)D (_)D (_)D \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/

The only time I drink frozen drinks is when I cruise which is not that often.

My favorites drinks at home are;

Bloody Maria- (Bloody Mary with tequila instead of vodka, with salt around the rim)

Margarita

Gin & Tonic

But, you gotta have some of the frozen stuff on the ship! As Tevya the Dairyman says, "Tradition"!

Early on I love a Bloody Mary, extra celery salt and spicy.

Very hot outside, a gin & tonic with Bombay Saphire

Most days a good beer, maybe favoring a double IPA or a micro bock style.

Cruising...that's different...on the cruises I have taken, I have never bought a drink on board...won't pay their price..too cheap. I do get a Bon Voyage bottle of Goslings though. So it's Goslings Black Seal..straight up no ice.

In Port...BEER time!..try as many local brews as I can, except in Grand Cayman where they again charge too much.

Next cruise in January...

Plans:

Leave out of Tampa, day before the cruise I'll hit the Yuengling brewery and the Cigar City Brewery in Tampa

In Belize I'm taking the Belikin Brewery Tour

In Grand Cayman the Caybrew Brewery Tour

In Cozumel I'll drink Sol, Negra Modelo, Pacifica, Victoria, Bohemia etc..

In Roatan I'll drink Port Royal and Imperial etc...

Plans are set, bring on the cruise.

Big K
