Can you go back and forth as many times as you want when in port?

Be aware in ports where you tender it isn't really practical as there's often a line for tenders, especially coming back, and the ride itself adds time.

So going back and forth more than once is a big time suck in tendered ports.

We did this in St. Maarten last cruise- Orient Bay in the morning, late lunch on ship, then off to Maho to watch the planes come in. Tight, be aware of your time on any island. Next time we visit, we will choose one or the other, we were a little ambitious and luckily it worked out for us..

Yes, you can get off as many times as you would like, but each time you do, you will have that long walk back to the ship, and you may have to stand in line to show your seapass card to security - or stand in line to scan your seapass card - or stand in line for the xray equipment. Mid-day, it's not all that time consuming, but it can be - if you run into a large tour group coming back.

The only times we've done it is when there is shopping/bars near the dock and we have alot of time to kill after our morning tour.
