Just off carnival fantasy today review

Let me start by saying we had 5 ladies in our early 30's and 40. It was a great trip . We got a hotel at sham creek and left our car there for the week. it was a nice hotel. Great reviews from cruise critic.The port at Charleston took about 45 minutes to get inside we were stuck on a bus to transfer us not so fun, then 10 min.to check in then we were on the boat. The People were nice no rude people. Lots of Spring Breakers .They were pretty well behaved. 1st on we had a great lunch and I loved the Music 80;s from the D.J. The staff was great!! I did smuggle 2 Suitcases of beer on and only 1 made it to the room.I found a little note inside saying they found something illegal and we removed it. Rum runners all made it.I also brought 12 pk. coke and bottles water in my carry on w/ no problem. We did not get in the Pool or hot tub 1 time because there was 600 spring breakers Hogging it all day everyday. Oh and it was very Chilly and windy most wore jackets alot of the time.It was rough sea's a couple days. We did get to do the water slides once. On Board the comedy adult shows Johnny Millwater was awesome and Anthony Acosta pretty good but 30 min. each way to short. We got seated next to this nice family for dinner but we felt uncomfortable so we got moved to a private table w/ us 5 girls by a Window very nice. We did do The Britt show not so good. In case u want to work out the Gym was very nice. We played a few games Like Who am I that was hard. Nascar Trivia was ok. Not much to do on sea days they need way more activities. Casino and drinking and pool fun. The gender showdown was amazing . Our friend entered and It was the funnest thing ever. I will try to Post a video soon. Ok food alligator fridders very good, shark not so good. The seafood platters w/ pasta werent that good so I just ate the seafood. We did order lots of appitizers per person every night.Steak was really good,ceasar salad awesome,Turkey sandwichs on country roll amazing. the cheese fries were great. I'm just off the ship today too and I feel like I should still be rocking! The seas were pretty rough on way back from Nassau. My 5 year old felt a little sick yesterday. I'll try to post a short review tomorrow. I'm buried in laundry! :eek:

Ok for our tours Freeport was amazing .We booked a tour through Pat and Dianes tour OMG the Best ever . We did a snorkel and beach trip They were the best crew ever party Music, free drinks ,volleyball after snorkeling of course, and They prepared Conch Salad for us after we watched him kill the conch and show us how to do it. It was great Our tour included lunch it was very good. Fresh fruit some kind of corn salad fresh bread and BBQ chicken. Cookies and dessert. The water was 79 degree's. We saw alot of fish we fed them dog food to attract them.We saw lots of dolphins jumping by our boat . I had great underwater pictures that got deleted already just back today already computer problems. Nassau Oh nassau let me Start off by saying we were 40 min. late getting there The tour left with out us,some nice guy let me use his cellphone to call the tour place and they sent a catamaran over to pick us us full w/ all the people.They was very nice of them they could of left us and not refunded our money. We were so embarrassed we almost left but we went it was good we didnt do the straw Market thank goodness nasty rude people Our friends did it. We went on a tour to the rich area and saw 14 million dollar homes on the Ocean We did another Snorkeling tour it was good not as good as the 1st tour.The crew was a little Boring. Quiet I should say The Catamaran was amazing the Sea Horse III. It was a nice ride out there and back 30 min.each way by boat and beautiful weather. The water was 76 and chilly. It was fun. I booked that through Shoretrips.com. After the tour we got dropped off at atlantis we ate lunch at Murrays Deli very good but pricey. We went to the Casino and donated a few bucks ok a little more then a few . It was Beautiful to walk outside and see the Million dollar boats. The casino on the ship was a blast but Lost my Butt. My friend won 210. that was nice. Over all Very nice girls getaway. If I can figuire out how to put pictures on I will post pictures soon

Thanks for posting a review of the Fantasy. We have sailed on her twice and will be doing a third sailing in December. It's nice to see that others seem to enjoy her as much as we do.

Yes, thanks for the review! I'm so glad you had a nice time. We had a rough night the last night coming in and I had those "sea wobblies" for a full week after!! If not longer. Everyone would laugh at me when I'll of a sudden I would clutch the counter.

This is definitely the worst I've ever had the "Wobblies" even after a 5 day turned into 8 day during a hurricane. I'm laying in my bed now and still feel like I'm moving!
