Need Help Please!!!! Legend dining rooms???????

I didn't want to post this on the other boards. I'm saling on the Legend for the first time and the dress code on Carnival is driving me nuts. I wear stretchy pants all the time, is this good enough to wear in the dining rooms with a nice blouse and sandals?? Any input would be great.

Why do you wear stretchy Pants all the time? I'm asking as a past Stretchy pants wearer. I know they are more comfortable but, and I'm saying this with love in my heart, they make you look fatter. I know I used to do it until some showed me I could look slimmer and nicer in dress slacks.

I bought some cotton ones with a zipper and draw string in the front for my last "big size" cruise. I had a kakki (sp)and green pair for casual and a black pair for dressier. Get some nice non-stretchy slacks to go with your nice blouses and sandals. You will look nicer and feel more in place. I got them at Wal-mart.

I just got home from our cruise on Carnival's Legend. There was quite a mix in the dining room most nights. As long as you look pulled together, you'll be just fine.
