Atkin's people-need help with snacks

I'm doing Weight watcher's but most of the people I work with are on Atkin's. I need to take some snacks to a meeting on Thursday and don't have any idea what to make that my co-workers can eat. Can anyone help?

First let me say how considerate you are! I'm sure your co-workers will appreciate your efforts. I agree with the almonds but you can also have a veggie tray with broccoli, celery and pepper strips. They are all things that low carbers can eat and those following other eating styles can also partake in.

Cheesecake without the crust

12 oz of whipping cream whip til it forms peak
add 1 small box of sugar free jello (dry)
and 3-4 ounces of philly light cream cheese
philly light doesn't have more carbs than regular and it whips up better

really like it with rasberry! makes 4 good size servings about 1 carb each.

Thanks for the ideas. We have these meetings every Thursday, and most everyone has brought cake, do-nuts, taco ships, and popcorn. I can eat anything as long as I have the points (and want to waste them) but my low-carb friends are just left sitting there with nothing. This week, everyone else is going to have to adjust to another WOE for a change!

i love these things, except i like celery instead of onions. i can't believe i haven't been eating them all along, we always have them (and fight over them) for holidays! woohoo, going out to get ham today!

Thanks for all the suggestions. I made the ham roll-ups and they were a huge hit! It was nice to have something everyone could eat for a change.
