Do onboard credits obtained by TA usually show up on you reservation online? I am looking in "My Extras" and do not see them.

No. You will see the OBC on your seapass account 2-3 days into the cruise.

They are correct, I called my TA because I didn't see it on my reservation, and she said it is there it just doesn't show unless you booked directly with Celebrity.

I think even booking directly you don't see them till you are onboard?

Even when Celebrity has given me some OBC it has never shown in my on line account, however it has always shown on the reservation paperwork that is e mailed to me.

 

As other have already said it appears on your sea pass account generally within 48 hours and you can check this on the TV in your room.
