Back to work for me tomorrow for 2 days and then another day off. So I had better enjoy today. Funny thing its supposed to be cold in the Denver area again this weekend. I don't mind as long as I'm working. Right now its beautiful and going to be 70..... have a great weekend everyone..... Sue

tall glass of water in the other...
and WAY TO MUCH TIME ON your hands.. (lol--
only kidding, I check in here WAY too much too -you know WE LOVE YOU)
Sitting here w/large water bottle.. gotta drink it.. gotta get to gym today.. no sloth today.. and I'm proud to say I was able to resist the temptations that are left in the basement last night.. was difficult since cravings are getting really bad (TOM) AND was watching TV (usually don't have the luxury) w/o interuptions (Libby went to bed early).

TGIF... No beer for me had way to much on the cruise. I have been so bad all week I can't get over wanting the sweets. But promised myself Monday morning I was going to get back on track.

Cathy, you are so lucky. I work in education but work all year. Summer is our busy time.

Since DH has lost over 30 lbs on South Beach and I've only lost 14.5, he has been having his light beer on the weekends. He is on the maintenance phase so he is good during the week and then eats/drinks whatever he wants on the weekends. I can't wait to be able to do that!
